Why are there no eggs or egg rolls in the dish. I have gone over the ingredients and method and cannot find any mention of eggs at all anywhere so I just assume you make egg rolls and slice them through this but it would be good to know for sure

    • Prüvit HQ says:

A traditional egg roll has an Asian filling inside of a rolled wrapper that is made from egg, flour, water, and oil, and then is deep fried. This keto friendly version is the delicious filling sans the carb-filled egg wrapper.

Just made this. Fantastic. Very, very tasty. I just happened to have real ginger on hand, so I used it instead of ground ginger.

  3. Luhan wahbeh says:

Can you have soya sauce on keto, I want to make this but without soya sauce. Help..

    • Prüvit HQ says:

Not sure, we have never heard of soya! If you have access to it, I would look at the nutrition label and see the carb content!

    • Liz Sneddon says:

You can also use Tamari instead of Soya Sauce. I use it whenever a recipe calls for Soya Sauce. They are both byproducts of fermented soy beans, but the Tamari is made with none or very little wheat. The taste is very similar too!

    • Edwina PROPSTER says:

, you can use Braggs amino acids in place of soy sauce. I do it all the time and I think it even has better flavor.

  8. Sue says:

I would like to start trying some of the recipes but I am on a low sodium diet and I have noticed that all the recipes have sea salt or salt. I know not as much would have to be used but how do I know how much to use.

    • Prüvit HQ says:

It’s up to you if you want to include any at all! Salt is there for flavor, but is not crucial in for the cooking process. Low-sodium soy sauce is a great alternative for normal soy sauce! Also, you can always eliminate the added salt from the recipe and add a dash after the dish is cooked for taste!

  9. Christie Brown says:

What is Siriacha? Never heard of it.

    • Prüvit HQ says:

Sriracha is a spicy sauce made with red chili and garlic. It’s SUPER flavorful without being too spicy, in our opinion ?

  10. Betty says:

I wish the carb content was included

    • Prüvit HQ says:

The Net Carbs are included in the macros above!
